Las empresas que en la actualidad vienen Operando con licencia de funcionamiento expedida bajo las anteriores legislaciones, cumplirán los requisitos aquí exigidos para renovar la licencia que autorizó su funcionamiento, dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, a excepción de lo consignado en el literal e) del artículo 16.
