º . Designación del personal de toma de muestras . Para designar las personas que toman las muestras en una competencia deportiva, el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, o la entidad u organismo deportivo organizador del evento, tendrán en cuenta el sexo de los atletas que deban someterse al control. La designación de las personas encargadas de la toma de muestras se producirá entre los habilitados por el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes. El Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, o la entidad u organismo deportivo organizador, expedirá un carné de identificación a cada persona habilitada, en el que se hará constar tal circunstancia.
