El incumplimiento de las disposiciones vigentes por parte de los importadores, ensambladores y fabricantes de elementos que componen estaciones terrenas de recepción de señales de televisión, dará lugar a la imposición de las siguientes sanciones

A la suspensión de la licencia otorgada, hasta, por un término de un (1) año.

A la cancelación de la licencia otorgada. La sanción de cancelación de la licencia otorgada procede cuando se haya sancionado anteriormente con suspensión del registro.
