Las decisiones de las Asambleas podrán impugnarse ante la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar por violación de normas legales o estatutarias, dentro del bimestre siguiente a la fecha de reunión o de registro de elecciones. La impugnación podrá ejercerse por cualquier miembro o afiliado hábil de la Corporación, por el Revisor Fiscal, por el funcionario delegado por parte de la misma Superintendencia para presenciar el desarrollo de la Asamblea o por cualquier persona que acredite un interés legítimo para ello.
