Las provisiones de a bordo que se encuentren en los buques y aeronaves que lleguen al territorio aduanero nacional, podrán declararse en importación ordinaria, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones aplicables, o transbordarse a otros buques o aeronaves, previo permiso de las autoridades aduaneras y con el lleno de las disposiciones relativas a este régimen.
