La mercancía que traiga señales de avería o deterioro o cuyo peso, medida, o cantidad, sean diferentes del peso, medida o cantidad que aparezca en el sobordo respectivo será recibida en calidad de mercancía averiada, y puesta a parte sin demora para su examen, y se registrará el peso con que la reciba la aduana.
