° Dentro de la repartición orgánica del citado Ministerio el nuevo Departamento quedará clasificado como Departamento número 6, y su jefatura podrá ser desempeñada por un Oficial de categoría de General o por un Oficial superior del grado de Coronel, y su organización interna continuará siendo la que le determine el Decreto dicho. Comuníquese y publíquese.
