Artículo tercero. La mencionada suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) será girada al Tesorero Municipal de Manizales quien, sin perjuicio de las cuentas que debe rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, informará al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la inversión en ella.
