Los pasivos pensionales de las entidades territoriales correspondientes a los sectores Salud, Educación y Propósito General, actualizados a 31 de diciembre de la vigencia anterior, deberán ser registrados en el Sistema de Información del Fonpet a más tardar el 31 de mayo de cada vigencia. A partir de esta fecha, se podrá determinar los recursos excedentes por sector para cada entidad territorial.
