La Caja de Vivienda Militar tiene como finalidad esencial proveer a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo, a los Oficiales y Suboficiales en goce de sueldo de retiro y al personal de empleados civiles de carácter permanente del ramo de guerra, de habitaciones higiénicas, cómodas y económicas, bajo el doble aspecto del inquilinato y de la propiedad.
