Una vez surtida la etapa prevista en el artículo anterior, el funcionario de conocimiento, mediante decisión motivada, evaluará el mérito de las pruebas recaudadas y formulará pliego de cargos al disciplinable o terminará la actuación y ordenará el archivo, según corresponda.
