LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.8.6. Licencias de Navegación. Todo tripulante de nave pesquera industrial deberá estar en posesión de una licencia de navegación expedida por la Autoridad Marítima, en la cual se indicará el grado y la idoneidad del titular para desempeñarse a bordo.
