Si por algún motivo una Parte desea reemplazar, mediante la oportuna subrogación, al Signatario que había designado, o designar nuevo Signatario, lo notificará por escrito al Depositario y al Organo Ejecutivo. Una vez asumidas por el nuevo Signatario, todas las obligaciones pendientes del Signatario anteriormente designado, tal como se especifica en el artículo 70, Capítulo Decimocuarto y una vez firmado el Acuerdo Operativo, este acuerdo entrará en vigor para el nuevo Signatario y dejará de estar en vigor para el Signatario anterior.
