Para los fines de la calificación de los períodos improductivos en las empresas agrícolas, se entiende por cultivos de mediano rendimiento aquellos que exilan un período superior a un (1) año e inferior a tres (3) años entre su siembra y su primera cosecha, y por cultivos de tardío rendimiento aquellos que requieran un período superior a tres (3) años entre la siembra y su primera cosecha.
