Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 3°, 5° y 6° del Decreto 950 de 1995, 3° y 4° del Decreto 754 de 1996 y, 39 del Decreto 200 de 2003.
