Artículo Tercero. El Gerente del Banco de la República como representante legal de la Concesión de Salinas y a nombre del Gobierno Nacional , queda facultado para otorgar la escritura por la cual se traspase al Instituto de Fomento Industrial del dominio de los bienes con los cuales el Gobierno cubre el valor del aporte al Instituto. Con esta escritura será protocolizado el avalúo efectuado por el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.

Decreto 1205 de 1969 · por el cual se aumenta el aporte del Gobierno Nacional al capital del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, se convierten en deuda pública los pasivos del Gobierno Nacional con el Banco de la República por concepto de la concesión de salinas y se dan unas autorizaciones.
