Los órganos públicos, cuando tengan disponibles vehículos, conformarán un grupo con ellos para atender las necesidades ocasionales e indispensables del servicio así como para el desarrollo de sus funciones. Se incluyen las actividades necesarias para atender la seguridad de los funcionarios públicos. Los vehículos sobrantes, después de aplicar las normas establecidas en el presente decreto, serán enajenados con sujeción a las disposiciones legales vigentes.
