Autorícese al Gobierno nacional a incorporar los recursos necesarios para financiar un producto audiovisual corto con perfil multiplataformas, que resalte la importancia de la condición de “Patrimonio histórico y cultural” de Piedecuesta - Santander, los saberes ancestrales de los gestores culturales, creadores y artesanos, destacando además los diferentes aspectos demográficos, sociales y económicos del municipio, el cual podrá transmitirse a nivel nacional en los canales del Sistema de Medios Públicos.
