Mantenimiento de licencia de funcionamiento. Los prestadores de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada con licencia de funcionamiento vigente, para mantener la misma, deberán contratar el seguro de vida colectivo, mantenerlo vigente ininterrumpidamente y reportarlo ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada. El incumplimiento de este deber legal por parte del prestador de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada obligado, acarreará como consecuencia las sanciones legales establecidas en las normas que regulan los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada.
