La enseñanza superior de agricultura se llevara a cabo en la Escuela de Agricultor de Medellín, que está funcionando actualmente, y en las Escuelas de Agricultura que se abrirán en las Estaciones Agrícolas de Palmira y la Picota, para lo cual se construirán los edificios respectivos en estas dos últimas estaciones y se le proveerá de los otros elementos de que carezcan.
