º. Modificase el Decreto 1849 de 1992, por el cual se crea el Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos en Salud, en el sentido de adicionar el artículo 7º, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 7º. El Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo de los Recursos Humanos en Salud, podrá crear Comités Departamentales y Distritales para el desarrollo de las funciones que le deleguen el Consejo y el Comité Ejecutivo Nacional".
