Ley 2266 de 2022 · por medio de la cual se garantiza el acceso al bastón blanco para las personas con discapacidad visual como una tecnología esencial para la movilidad, la salud y el bienestar integral, de acuerdo con la convención sobre los derechos de las personas con discapacidad ratificada por Colombia mediante la Ley 1346 de 2009.
