Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 657 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 657. Formas de notificación . Los requerimientos especiales aduaneros, el auto inadmisorio del recurso de reconsideración, el auto que niegue total o parcialmente la práctica de pruebas, los actos administrativos que deciden de fondo y, en general, los actos administrativos que pongan fin a una actuación administrativa deberán notificarse personalmente o por correo de conformidad con lo previstos en el presente decreto”.
