° Cada Cámara tendrá una biblioteca particular constituida por ejemplares de las leyes del país. Tal biblioteca estará a cargo del Secretario, y respecto de su manejo regirán las mismas disposiciones que para la del Congreso, excepción hecha del requisito de la fianza; pero no se pagara al Secretario el sueldo del último mes en que ejerce sus funciones, sin que compruebe haber entregado por inventario riguroso la biblioteca al Archivero del Congreso, para su custodia mientras dura el receso de las Cámaras.
