Articulo 11. El

Parágrafo

del artículo 4º del Decreto 3746 de 1982 quedará así: "

Parágrafo

Cuando en un sector específico de la actividad económica se establezca una situación de anormalidad que afecte gravemente, en una anualidad tributaria, la rentabilidad normal de las empresas del sector, el Gobierno Nacional, previó concepto del Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social, podrá autorizar disminuciones en el monto de las rentas presuntivas previstas en este artículo, que compensen las incidencias de la anormalidad económica".
