Ascensos por méritos . El personal de detectives del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad podrá ser ascendido al grado inmediatamente superior, sin llenar los requisitos establecidos en los artículos anteriores, cuando ejecuten acciones sobresalientes y distinguidas de valor o por el cumplimiento excepcional del deber, previo concepto favorable de la Comisión de Personal y resolución del Jefe del Departamento.
