En la liquidación de las conmutaciones autorizadas por esta Ley, a la vida probable del trabajador se agregarán dos años más de la pensión post-mortem de que tratan los artículos 275 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y 12 de la Ley 171 de 1961 y además a la liquidación definitiva se le agregará un 5% por servicios asistenciales al jubilado.
