º Cuando el extranjero residenciado en el país. originario de países con los cuales Colombia haya celebrado convenios de reciprocidad en materia de equivalencia de títulos académicos y de ejercicio profesional, haya obtenido en su país licencia de locución, podrá solicitar al Ministerio de Comunicaciones el reconocimiento de la misma.
