El registro de los instrumentos que se otorguen ante el empleado a que se refiere el artículo anterior puede hacerse en cualquiera Oficina de Registro del país, con excepción de los que contengan traslación de propiedad inmueble o derechos reales constituidos en la misma y que conforme al derecho común deban inscribirse en la Oficina de Registro de la ubicación.
