Ley 13 de 1973 · Por el cual se crea la Corporación Autónoma Regional de los Valles del Sinú y del San Jorge

La Junta Directiva estará integrada por:

a)

El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien la presidirá.

b)

Dos (2) representantes del Presidente de la República con sus respectivos suplentes.

c)

Un (1) representante del Gobierno del Departamento de Córdoba y su respectivo suplente.

d)

El Gerente o Director de la Federación Nacional de Ganaderos - Seccional de Córdoba.

e)

El Gerente o Director de la Federación Nacional de Algodoneros - Seccional de Córdoba. El período de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, será de dos (2) años, excepto el Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado y los dos (2) representates del Presidente de la República.
