Con el fin de que la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada pueda ejercer los controles y adelantar las actuaciones administrativas señaladas en esta ley; contará con el acceso a la base de datos de los certificados de aptitud psicofísica expedidos por las Instituciones Especializadas registradas y certificadas por la autoridad respectiva.
