El artículo 315 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Disposiciones aplicables. Salvo lo previsto en el presente Decreto, las disposiciones relativas al silencio administrativo negativo y demás normas de la vía gubernativa establecidas por el Código Contencioso Administrativo serán aplicables a los actos de la Dirección General de Aduanas”.
