Autoricese a la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para adquirir la participación accionaria de NUEVA EMPRESA PROMOTORA DE SALUD S.A. - NUEVA EPS de propiedad de POSITIVA COMPAÑIA DE SEGUROS S.A a su valor registrado en libros debidamente certificado. De Igualforma, con el fin de garantizar la continuidad en la prestación de los servicios de salud, la Nación podrá capitalizar en efectivo o mediante cualquier mecanismo de fortalecimiento patrimonial a lacompañia NUEVA EPS a cambio de acciones ordinarias emitidas a su valor intrínseco debidamente certificado. El presente artículo entrará en vigencia a partir de la expedición de la presente ley.
