° Con los fondos provenientes de los intereses de la suma de cien mil pesos $ 100.000.00 que le fue incautada al Colegio Pinillos de Mompós, créanse cuatro pensiones alimenticias de a veinticinco pesos ($25.00) cada una, dos para cursar estudios de bachillerato y dos para estudios universitarios, que adjudicará el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, a los estudiantes que hayan aprobado con las más altas calificaciones los cursos correspondientes en el Colegio Pinillos, de la ciudad de Mompós.
