Facultades de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio deberá adelantar las investigaciones administrativas pertinentes en contra de los organismos evaluadores de la conformidad, los organismos de verificación metrológica y los reparadores autorizados que incumplan sus deberes en relación con su función, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 73 de la Ley 1480 de 2011.
