Responsables del Registro Único de Propietarios (RUPU) . La elaboración del Registro Único de Propietarios Urbanos (RUPU), corresponde al Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), en coordinación con la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos de la ciudad de Honda (Tolima).

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro en el marco de sus funciones proporcionará el apoyo administrativo necesario para la estructuración del RUPU, en lo que corresponde a las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos.
