Cuotas partes . El Ministerio de Defensa y la Policía Nacional repetirán contra las entidades de Previsión interesadas, por la cuota parte que les corresponda en el valor de la pensión, según el tiempo de servicio del empleado a la respectiva dependencia oficial. El proyecto de liquidación será comunicado a los organismos deudores, los cuales dispondrán de quince (15) días para objetarlo.
