Los funcionarios que por razón del ejercicio de sus funciones tengan derecho al reconocimiento de viáticos, solamente podrán cobrarlos durante el tiempo que permanezcan fuéra del lugar donde radica su empleo. El Gobernador, por medio de decretos, establecerá la manera de comprobar las cuentas de cobro de viáticos, y fijará la cuantía de éstos a los funcionarios que no los tengan determinados expresamente en el presupuesto.
