Art. 187. Son fondos destinados para la renta del tabaco

La mitad del producto liquido en dinero que mensualmente resulte en las administraciones del ramo por las ventas del tabaco en las oficinas del espendio; i

Las cantidades que se tomarán a préstamo de la renta de diezmos en las diocesis que determine el Poder Ejecutivo, i que los colectores de aquella renta enterarán en la tesorería de hacienda de sus respectivas provincias por el valor de la primera mitad de los remates que hayan cobrado.
