Los Directores de Higiene de los Departamentos e Intendencias enviarán mensualmente a la Dirección Nacional una relación de los permisos que hayan concedido, expresando el nombre del solicitante y la cantidad de cada uno de los artículos a que se refiere el permiso. Darán cuenta igualmente de los decomisos que hayan ordenado.
