Los Vocales y el Fiscal, deben ser notificados personalmente y cualquier impedimento lo deben manifestar al recibir la notificación o al día siguiente. Las recusaciones de los Vocales y el Fiscal de los Consejos de Guerra deberán intentarse dentro de los días siguientes del sorteo. Tanto de los impedimentos como de estas recusaciones decidirá el Juez y para ello cuenta con un término de dos días.
