Autorízase al Presidente de la República para que conceda indulto de las penas privativas de la libertad a los militares sentenciados por los Consejos de Guerra Verbales, convocados con motivo de los sucesos del 9 de abril del presente año.

Parágrafo

La gracia concedida por el presente artículo sólo se extenderá a las penas privativas de la libertad, y en ningún caso a las demás sanciones y consecuencias de la condena.
