Artículo primero. A partir del 1º de marzo del presente año, las Oficinas Municipales de Estadística dependerán técnica y administrativamente de la Dirección Nacional de Estadística. El número, las asignaciones y los nombramientos de los empleados de Estadística de los Municipios se ajustarán a las normas fijadas por el artículo 2º del Decreto 213 de 1952.
