El límite máximo de la asignación básica salarial mensual de los empleados públicos de las entidades territoriales para el año 2001 queda determinado así: Nivel jerárquico sistema general Límite máximo salarial Directivo 5.104.029 Asesor 4.751.599 Ejecutivo 3.289.967 Profesional 2.876.085 Técnico 1.162.029 Asistencial 1.148.643

Parágrafo

Los Niveles Administrativo y Operativo del Sistema de Nomenclatura y Clasificación de Empleos de las entidades territoriales contemplados en el Decreto-ley 1569 de 1998, serán equivalentes al Nivel Asistencial de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
