COMISIONES.El Magistrado Sustanciador podrá comisionar para la práctica de las diligencias relativas a la reconstrucción de los procesos, a los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal Ambulantes que designe la respectiva Dirección Seccional de Instrucción Criminal, sin perjuicio de lo prescrito por el artículo 49 del Código de Procedimiento Penal. Las Direcciones Seccionales de Instrucción Criminal, a petición de la Sala de Casación Penal, designarán el número de Jueces de Instrucción Criminal Ambulantes que ésta considere necesario.
