El Gobierno procederá a entenderse con los Bancos comerciales que tomaron parte en los contratos contemplados en el Decreto número 711 de este año, a fin de procurar que convengan en aumentar al sesenta por ciento (60 por 100) la cantidad que deben recibir en bonos de deuda nacional.
