Extiéndanse los beneficios señalados en el artículo 2° y demás disposiciones contenidas en Ley 1916 de 2018 a los municipios del Socorro, Charalá, Coromoro y Ocamonte, en el departamento de Santander, como protagonistas de la Batalla de Pienta, definitiva en la contención de los ejércitos realistas, situación que significó su derrota en la Batalla de Boyacá, dando lugar a la independencia de Colombia.
