ARTICULO 70 . NOTIFICACIÓN POR CONDUCTA CONCLUYENTE. Cuando no se haya hecho notificación personal o se haya notificado irregularmente el auto o el fallo emitido en un proceso disciplinario, la exigencia legal se entiende satisfecha para todos los efectos, si el procesado no reclama y actúa en diligencias posteriores o interponga recursos contra ellos.
