Todo el material científico, fotográfico, cinematográfico, así como de los estudios y escritos que preparen y obtengan las expediciones científicas, será sometido, previamente a su salida del país, a la censura del Gobierno y de todo él se suministrará un duplicado al Gobierno, quien asegurará los derechos de propiedad de los interesados sobre tales copias.
