º Obligatoriedad del seguro . Todo vendedor de vivienda nueva estará obligado a contratar un seguro de naturaleza real que ampare la estabilidad y la buena calidad de la vivienda, con una compañía de seguros generales legalmente establecida en Colombia. Las compañías de seguros generales deberán efectuar ante la Superintendencia Bancaria los trámites necesarios para obtener la aprobación del ramo específico y la póliza correspondiente.
